Position Overview
The Facilities and Infrastructure (F&I) Enterprise Management Office (FEMO) is tasked with spearheading corporate F&I initiatives and maintaining Enterprise-level F&I requirements.

We are in search of a highly driven individual to oversee the creation of a comprehensive NNL-wide 20-year planning document known as the Capability Plan. This role involves integrating the Capability Plan with the NNL Strategic Plan, Horizon Planning initiatives, and testing consolidation strategies.

The successful candidate will ensure that the F&I portfolio aligns with these strategies and that F&I and Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) efforts are seamlessly integrated within the NNL long-range strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and quarterly reviews with stakeholders.
- Mentor and train project team members.
- Support management and stakeholder reviews, along with other project management-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in consolidating extensive portfolio data into clear and precise reporting methods, enabling informed project decisions.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills
- Proven strategic thinking across various business lines.
- Ability to analyze data trends for future performance insights.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams towards achieving business objectives.
- Familiarity with NNL budget systems and TWP knowledge.
- Previous experience with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft applications.

Salary Range
$103,000 - $161,100 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
