Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Professional - Intellectual Disabilities to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to identify and address individualized needs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
