BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to provide one-on-one care to school-aged children in the greater Erie County area. As a member of our skilled nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and their families to provide personalized care and support.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care to pediatric clients with a variety of diagnoses
  • Work at the top of your scope to provide complex care, including trach & vent management
  • Provide family education and support
  • Perform clinical assessments and develop care plans
  • Administer medication, treatment, and therapy as needed

Requirements:

  • Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN)
  • Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned
  • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, and strong written and verbal communication
