Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for the post-closing and recording functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents to lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, scan, and audit packages for proper order and completeness.
  • Report any issues regarding signatures, dates, or missing pages.
  • Prepare signed documents for submission to lenders.
  • Upload documentation packages to the e-record site with proper forms and cover pages.
  • Confirm document recording and make corrections to rejected documents.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer service, or High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience in national recordings.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, and the Internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recording escrow documents is highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under stringent daily and monthly deadlines.
  • Proficient in conversational English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, staying motivated and focused on completing repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed.
  • Physical requirements include sitting and standing for up to 2 hours at a time, walking up to 40 yards multiple times a day, moderate stooping, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $19-21 per hour, depending on experience.
