Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Invasive Cardiac Procedures. Candidates must be aware of their submission to our facility and should not reach out directly. Only those with an active Scrub Tech Certification will be considered. It is essential that travelers maintain a permanent address outside the 75-mile radius rule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform adult cardiac catheterization and assist with cardiac devices, electrophysiology, and structural heart procedures.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation is maintained.
  • Provide emergent care as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining lab cleanliness.
  • Prepare procedure rooms and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a cardiac cath lab.
  • Active RN licensure required.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and related technologies.

Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts, typically from 7 AM to 5 PM, with potential fluctuations to meet staffing needs. On-call duties, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Orientation: The first week of the contract will include training and will not exceed 40 hours.
