Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and professional Leasing Agent to join our team at Hawks Ridge Apartments in Happy Valley, OR. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing information about the property, and engaging in leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
  • Oversee workflow, including applications, rental agreements, and move-in packages
  • Accurately enter data and produce reports using Yardi Voyager and Tenant Tech
  • Resolve resident issues in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years of prior leasing experience and possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech is a plus.
