Key Responsibilities- Electrical Systems Management: Assist with managing plant electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Equipment Inspection and Troubleshooting: Regularly inspect and troubleshoot equipment, electrical, security, and communications systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Safety Culture Leadership: Lead and foster a safety culture with team members, driving maintenance and reliability of the process control network.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, estimate labor and equipment costs, and maintain appropriate maintenance inventory and repair logs.
- Electrical Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and work on various electrical equipment, including 12V to 480V systems.
- Code Compliance: Interpret electric code application and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Previous electrical experience with voltages ranging from 24V to 480V 3-phase, ability to perform physical aspects of the job, valid US driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Desirable Qualifications: Electrical journeyman license, three years of related PLC automation experience, previous HMI graphical interface programming experience, and previous experience programming ladder logic.
