Job Description

The Director of Financial Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the finance department in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial operations. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive financial quality assurance program, designing and overseeing internal audit processes, and establishing processes to ensure financial data and transactions are accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial quality assurance program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee internal audit processes to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Establish processes to ensure financial data and transactions are accurate, reliable, and compliant with internal policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification, highly preferred.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
