North Country Healthcare is a non-profit affiliation of four medical facilities located in the White Mountains Region of New Hampshire. We are committed to delivering integrated patient care through three community hospitals, specialty clinics, and home health and hospice services.
Job DescriptionThe Director of Financial Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the finance department in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial operations. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive financial quality assurance program, designing and overseeing internal audit processes, and establishing processes to ensure financial data and transactions are accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial quality assurance program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal audit processes to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Establish processes to ensure financial data and transactions are accurate, reliable, and compliant with internal policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification, highly preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
