Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Case Manager

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN Case Manager to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.

Job Description & Requirements

As a travel nurse RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing evidence-based policies, procedures, protocols, and best practice models/guidelines. You will also contribute to the development of Staff Educational Programs, educate staff, and identify specific competencies reflective of the needs of the NICU population.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting clinical inquiries to determine the need to change practice
  • Providing consultation to staff nurses in clinical, administrative, and educational roles
  • Utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and communication skills through role modeling, consultation, and education with nurses and healthcare providers to support nursing practice and improve patient outcomes

Tact Medical Staffing Job ID # Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
