Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center. As a Per Diem Neonatology Professional, you will be responsible for managing patient care in the delivery room, on transport flights, and within our 66-bed, Level III NICU.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the delivery room and NICU
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research efforts

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Neonatal nurse practitioner certification required
  • Experience in neonatology preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000-$160,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
