Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort while delivering attentive and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Complete all preparatory cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies and cleaning materials.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are kept clean and orderly.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and prepare carts for upcoming shifts.
  • Replenish cleaning agents as necessary.
  • Report any missing items from rooms to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Notify management of any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Strive to achieve overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly and courteous service.

Salary Range:
$26.65 per hour
