As a Pet Host, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the check-in process for arriving clients and the check-out for departing clients.
  • Facilitating follow-up reservations for existing clients and promoting activity packages and daycare services.
  • Welcoming all guests, clients, and vendors, while addressing any general inquiries about our services.

Note: We are currently seeking SEASONAL staff to support our busy holiday period, with the potential for transition into Full/Part-time roles following the season.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of detail in all tasks.
  • Physical capability to manage dogs of various sizes and lift up to 60 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to our Service Foundation principles, ensuring each client is treated with respect and dignity.
  • Handle all incoming communications, including phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
  • Coordinate boarding reservations and schedule grooming, training, and daycare appointments.
  • Manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Foster relationships with clients by remembering their names and their pets' names.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of client and pet information into our systems.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to address client and pet needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

A Day in the Life:

Each day, you will arrive with enthusiasm, ready to assist pet parents and their furry companions. You will engage with clients in our lobby, addressing their needs, whether it be check-in, check-out, or booking reservations. Your goal is to discover how we can best serve each pet parent and provide tailored solutions. Expect to interact with both pets and their owners, document observations, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
