We are seeking a skilled Meat Slicer to join our team at Eataly North America. As a Meat Slicer, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist guests in selecting products and portion sizes, sharing knowledge about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Product Preparation: Slice, weigh, label, and package products as requested by guests.
- Inventory Management: Stock counter and display refrigerators neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner according to pricing menus.
- Merchandising: Maintain attractive displays and rotate products according to quality and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) standards.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing, serving, and cleaning.
- Additional Duties: Assist with cashier duties as needed and perform other duties as required or assigned.
