Job Title: Butcher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at In-N-Out Burger. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meat products to meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

* De-bone arm chucks, remove excess fat, gristle, and bone to meet In-N-Out standards
* Inspect meat for imperfections, such as bruises and foreign matter, and report any findings
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment

Work Schedule and Benefits:

* Full-time position, hourly (non-exempt)
* Competitive starting pay: $24.00-$26.50/hour, depending on experience
* Butcher incentive bonus

Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years of experience as a Butcher in a meat processing facility
* Ability to work well in a team environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
* High school diploma or GED
* Basic English verbal communication skills

Physical Demands:

* Ability to move freely in and around obstacles common in the meat production room
* Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
* Ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in temperatures as low as 34 degrees Fahrenheit
