Hospitality Ambassador

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a Hospitality Ambassador to join our team As a Hospitality Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable explaining all the experiences we offer, from our games and activities to our dining and entertainment options. You'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they step foot in our building.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to multitask with ease. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations. Job Requirements:

• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend and stoop frequently.
