Job Title: In-Patient/Out-Patient RN - Wound Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team at North Okaloosa Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Summary:

The Wound Care Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with wounds. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients with wounds and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based treatment plans, including wound care and dressing changes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Florida
  • Experience in wound care and/or critical care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
