About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and electronics.
  • Design and build specifications for new electrical circuits.
  • Maintain Material Handling Systems, including conveyors, case erectors, and sortation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and components.
  • Perform basic maintenance of powered equipment.
  • Maintain building and grounds, including carpentry work and HVAC equipment troubleshooting.
  • Ensure a clean and organized maintenance shop.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of ULTA specific equipment.
  • Manufacture certified repair person for powered equipment.
  • Certified HVAC repair person, Licensed Electrician, or Plumber.
  • Advanced knowledge of communication protocols.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot all MHE peripherals.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience conducting preventative maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and be flexible with daily task assignments.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. You will also need to be able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for 8 hours a day.
