Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mental health services with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve mental health outcomes and program efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field (Master's degree in counseling or social work with correctional mental health experience may be acceptable).
  • Unrestricted license to practice in Missouri.
  • Must reside in the state of Missouri.
  • Mental health supervisory experience, with a minimum of two years' experience in direct care for individuals with mental illness.
  • At least two years' experience in correctional healthcare or a related field, within a state correctional system.
  • Current CPR with Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance (where applicable).
