Agronomy Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agronomist to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current growers in the area, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and support current growers in the area
  • Plant and harvest crops to ensure optimal yields and quality
  • Handle a variety of agronomic duties, including soil testing and fertilizer application
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest agronomy services and technology
Requirements:
  • Ag background required, with a degree in Agriculture or Agronomy preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $55,000-$75,000+ DOE, plus bonuses
  • Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K
  • Cell phone, computer, and company vehicle provided
