Limo Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Limo Dispatcher to join our team at USA Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Assignment and Coordination: Assign chauffeurs to morning reservations, confirm start times, and ensure clear communication of special instructions or client requests.
• Real-Time Management: Monitor and track chauffeur progress, proactively addressing any schedule changes, vehicle issues, or service concerns.
• Chauffeur Support: Act as a primary point of contact for chauffeurs, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of reservations, chauffeur activity, vehicle issues, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong Area Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the local area, including major roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, days, or evenings as needed to meet operational demands.
• Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment with numerous external influences.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
