Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their self-storage needs.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure, including daily walks, cleaning units, and performing light maintenance tasks.
  • Leasing and Sales: Meet monthly sales goals and metrics, working independently and as part of a team to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, and manage the leasing process.
  • Financial Management: Process invoices, manage reports, and oversee the store's expense budget, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use our Point-of-Sale System (POS) and other software applications.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder, with frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
