Clinical Care Associate

Signature Healthcare's Brockton Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Assist with daily tasks and activities to ensure a smooth and efficient patient care experience
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of a certification or technical program (CCA, CNA, CORT, PCT, PCA, etc.)
- Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers completion
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- One-two years of suggested working experience as a CCA, CORT, CNA, PCT, PCA preferred
