Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and fostering a love of learning in our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to the growth and improvement of our educational programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a related role.
  • Certifications: PA teaching certification preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, contracted position with a regular schedule of 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, attend school events, and participate in ongoing professional development.
