Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination and patient outcomes
- Communicate patient progress and needs to family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to promote patient independence and functional skills
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year's experience as an Occupational Therapist in a rehabilitation setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
