Job Summary:

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in Tacoma, WA. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for administering magnetic resonance imaging to diagnose medical problems in patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners to capture images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
  • Follow physician orders to determine which body parts to image and assess images to determine if additional images are needed.
  • Work closely with patients to ensure they are prepared and comfortable before and during procedures.
  • Take patients' medical histories and answer their questions.
  • Shield areas of the body that don't need to be examined and position patients for scanning.
  • Keep patients' medical records and provide excellent customer service.
  • May need to lift or move patients with physical disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of current AHA BLS credential.
  • One year of current MRI tech experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited program for MRI tech/certificate programs/Associate's programs Clinical Internship.
