Tact Staff is in search of a travel Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room for an exciting opportunity.
Position Overview & Requirements- Specialty: Emergency Room
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours
- Employment Type: Travel
This role involves NIGHT shift schedules and requires a **minimum of 2 years of ER experience**. First-time travelers are welcome.
Unit Details- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required
- Call Requirement: None
- Self-scheduling available
- Charting System: Allscripts
- Scrubs Color: Royal Blue
- Patient Demographics: Neonates to Geriatrics
**Responsibilities include:** Performing phlebotomy, initiating IVs, and conducting EKGs. RNs will also transport and remain with patients in procedural areas such as CT, IR, and MRI.
Required Certifications- ACLS
- BLS
- MAB or CPI
- NIH
- PALS
Candidates must have experience in a Level II Trauma Center and be familiar with STEMI and Stroke Certified Facilities.
