Scope of Work
  • The RN utilizes the nursing process to provide professional care, incorporating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
  • The RN provides quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, according to Corewell Health policies and procedures.
  • The RN partners with patients and families to develop teaching strategies and documents education and learning in the health record.

Qualifications
  • Associates in Nursing Required.
  • Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
  • LIC-Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
  • MI Drivers License required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in recent clinical experience in home health and/or other clinical setting required.
