In partnership with Duke LifePoint Healthcare, we are enhancing healthcare delivery in Rutherford County. This collaboration merges the clinical excellence of Duke University Health System with the operational expertise of LifePoint Health, aiming to provide innovative and high-quality healthcare services to our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous observation and monitoring of patients deemed as safety risks.
- Assist in ensuring patient safety through constant engagement, either in-person or via surveillance technology.
- Proactively redirect patients from potentially harmful behaviors and communicate any patient care needs to nursing staff promptly.
Qualifications:
This role requires a keen sense of responsibility and the ability to respond effectively to patient needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and care.
Work Schedule:
This is a Per Diem/PRN position with rotating weekends and various shifts.
