We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. As a Physical Therapist in our acute care setting, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and education to patients, families, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide physical therapy treatment to patients with physical dysfunctions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on the role of physical therapy and its benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and ancillary staff regarding patient care and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
