  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring that products are properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Complete sales order process for customers, including up-selling associated items, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, vendors, contractors, and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong background in technical support, HVAC parts, and customer service/sales, intermediate MS Office capabilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level, and ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
