At Soliant, we are seeking experienced Tele Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cancer diagnosis, palliative/end-of-life care, and general med/surg.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, including IV antibiotics, IV chemotherapy, and controlled substances.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Document patient information in a clear and concise manner, using electronic medical records systems.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience in a tele or med/surg setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
