Plumbing Journeyman

Lanz Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a leading heating and air conditioning contractor seeking a full-time 3rd-year Plumber Apprentice to assist our experienced plumbers while completing their apprenticeship.

This position earns apprentice wages while receiving on-the-job training. Our company values honesty, integrity, innovation, teamwork, excellence, and development. As an apprentice, you will work with licensed plumbers who earn generous revenue-sharing bonuses and SPIFFS based on customer feedback.

A Day in the Life of an Apprentice

You will go out in the field with experienced plumbers, assisting them with installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, plumbing, and drainage systems for residential and commercial customers.

As you gain experience, you will learn from our team's best practices, including how to communicate effectively with customers and properly install and service plumbing systems.
