Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveillance Agent - Gaming Floor Monitor to join our team at Hollywood Casino Morgantown. As a Surveillance Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring the gaming floor and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the gaming floor and surrounding areas to detect any suspicious activity.
• Investigate and document any incidents or irregularities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Surveillance Assistant Shift Manager.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Basic computer and typing skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies.
