Hospital Pediatric IV Pharmacotherapy Expert

This position as a Pediatric IV Room Pharmacist at Lehi Primary Children's Hospital offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients, including providing counseling and promoting quality medication education and adherence.
">To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be knowledgeable about state and federal laws, regulations, pharmacy policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and quality improvement, with the ability to identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to mitigate them. You will also be required to hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of practice.
">Please note that ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs is necessary for this position. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy is also required.
