Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Soliant. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar setting. The successful applicant will be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position, with the possibility of part-time hours depending on the needs of the client.
- The successful applicant will work on site at a school-based location in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment programs, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods, empowering them to take control of their rehabilitation journey.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and contributing to ongoing assessment and improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, preferably in a school-based or hospital setting.
- An active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification (BLS) is required.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients alike.
