Job Summary

At SERVPRO of Jonesboro, we are seeking a skilled Finish Trim Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, and furniture.
  • Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed to ensure safe and efficient work.
  • Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure quality work.
  • Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite to protect yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a finish carpenter.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of tools, materials, and methods used in drywall and ceiling finishing.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety guidelines.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Pass a pre-employment background screening with no felonies.
