Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations throughout the village. This includes issuing citations to vehicles parked in violation of our ordinances and providing excellent customer service to members of the public.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid New Jersey Driver's License
  • The ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently
  • The capacity to remember and carry out written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with the public in a polite and helpful manner
  • The physical stamina to withstand long periods of walking and standing in various weather conditions
  • The ability to pass a vision and hearing examination
