Electrophysiology Section:
- Our Electrophysiology (EP) team consists of three dedicated Pediatric EP physicians, supported by experienced Nurse Practitioners, device nurses, and congenital nurses.
- The EP program is highly esteemed for its excellence in both invasive and non-invasive electrophysiology and device management.
- We are affiliated with a prominent health system in Northeast Florida, providing an environment where achieving professional goals is encouraged and supported.
Comprehensive Cardiac Electrophysiology Services:
Our services include:
- Pediatric and Adult Congenital Care
- Diagnostic testing such as EP studies, drug challenges, and tilt table tests
- Ablation procedures for complex arrhythmias
- Implantation and testing of devices including pacemakers and defibrillators
Work Environment:
- Access to a dedicated Pediatric EP lab.
- No general Cardiology call responsibilities, and no requirement to interpret echocardiograms from the clinic.
- Opportunities to mentor fellows, residents, and medical students, with the possibility of incorporating research; academic appointments are available.
