Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect work in progress, and ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and supervise a team of restoration professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that all expenses are properly documented and approved.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restoration projects, including experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of restoration professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
