Responsibilities
  • Provide evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies
  • Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care based on diagnosis
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans and equipment
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
  • Perform advanced respiratory care modalities
  • Evaluate respiratory practice and administration of medications
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and community resources
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider, Respiratory Care Practitioner, Advanced Life Support, and other certifications as required
  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree
