About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to provide clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating hearing loss. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Achieve practice growth by focusing on sales and key business metrics, while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and participate in community outreach initiatives.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Audiologist licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet clinical finance targets.
