About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Lawrence Group People, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare design team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and design process for healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical offices, and specialized healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative design concepts that integrate evidence-based design principles, sustainable practices, and the latest advancements in healthcare technology.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and project documentation to clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Foster relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to promote collaboration and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with 6+ years of experience in healthcare design and architecture preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare projects from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Proficiency with Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to healthcare facilities (e.g., FGI Guidelines, ADA requirements).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and innovation in healthcare architecture.
