Agricultural Specialist

Country Partners Cooperative is seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient application of chemicals, fertilizers, and other crop protection products to customer fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply chemicals, fertilizers, and other crop protection products to customer fields in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate and maintain agricultural equipment, including sprayers, spreaders, and other machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with farmers and ranchers to understand their specific needs and develop effective application plans.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide use and application.

Requirements:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver License with tanker endorsement.
• Ability to obtain CDL Class A within 90 days.
• Pesticide applicator certificate category 01.
• Excellent customer service skills.
