About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team at Jill Gaba - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them manage the risks of everyday life, and recovering from the unexpected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and understanding their unique needs
  • Educating and advising customers on insurance options and ensuring they have the coverage that meets their specific requirements
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services
Requirements
  • Passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License, or willingness to obtain
  • Prior State Farm / insurance experience is preferred, but not required
