Job Overview

Position Title: Construction Equipment Operator

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves the operation of various machinery including excavators, skid steers, haul trucks, and dozers. The operator will be tasked with essential duties such as trenching, working around utility lines, transporting materials, and grading surfaces.

Key Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in operating skid steers and excavators.
  • Experience with dozers and haul trucks is advantageous.
Employment Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a projected duration of 6 months.

Work Environment

This position is entirely on-site, requiring outdoor work throughout the day.

The standard working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a rotation to Tuesday through Saturday every 6 weeks. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

The starting pay rate is $27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
