About the Position:
- Support the primary caregiver with childcare responsibilities, ensuring the child's safety and well-being.
- Engage in activities that promote the child's development and growth, such as reading, singing, and playing.
- Maintain open communication with the primary caregiver to ensure a smooth caregiving process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with feeding, bathing, and changing the child's diapers.
- Put the child down for naps and engage in quiet activities during this time.
- Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the child.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with infants preferred.
- Must have a genuine interest in child development and a passion for nurturing young minds.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills essential.
- First aid and CPR certification a plus.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 per year
