Job Overview

The Michelle Martin Group is in search of a driven individual for an entry-level position in Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and contributing positively to our client's operations. This remote Supply Chain Clerk/Coordinator role presents a valuable opportunity for someone seeking a temporary position with the possibility of long-term engagement.

Preferred candidates are those located in the Washington, DC metro area.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support various functions within Supply Chain Management and serve as a point of contact for diverse business requirements in this sector.

  • Engage with colleagues and management, ensuring effective communication
  • Adjust to different organizational structures
  • Operate with ERP and company software (Deltek, Salesforce, and other ERP or financial systems)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Act as a liaison and facilitator for various business needs within Supply Chain Management
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Self-driven and adaptable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capable of following directions and collaborating efficiently
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in the field
  • Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous government work experience
  • Background in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Contracts
Job Details:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, standard hours from 8am to 5pm
  • Location: Remote (local candidates preferred)
  • Clearance: None required
