Available Shifts

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Skilled Nursing)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the admissions process and warmly welcome residents and their families.
  • Support residents with personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, and grooming.
  • Maintain a serene and pleasant living environment for all residents.
  • Utilize gait belts to assist residents with mobility challenges.
  • Document any changes in residents' medical conditions and communicate with nursing staff.
  • Participate in shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
  • Measure and record vital signs as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a compassionate, empathetic, and nurturing demeanor.
  • A genuine desire to care for the elderly is essential.
  • Maturity and a career-oriented mindset are required.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in long-term care settings is advantageous.
