About Our Pharmacy Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately triage, interpret, and input medication orders into our computerized system while adhering to pharmacy standards for accuracy and productivity.
- Conduct drug calculations, including basic mathematical conversions.
- Address and resolve issues related to claim denials and follow up on pending claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid regulations and processes.
- Generate reports and keep management informed regarding unpaid claims.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients in alignment with company values.
- Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, which may include support in various pharmacy areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals, medication terminology, and the metric system; proficiency in computer operations.
- Licenses/Certifications as mandated by state regulations and business requirements.
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, team player with strong customer service and communication skills.
