**Job Summary**

SERVPRO of Brickell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Ensure accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Crew Management: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Expense Management: Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage the customer and client experience, tracking overall customer satisfaction through online reviews.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Priority Response: Provide priority response to potential customers, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience; at least 3 years of industry experience.
  • Certification: IICRC certification a plus.

Skills and Physical Demands

  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
